Sbahle Mpisane Breaks Down Over Feeling “Unloved” By Family: “No One Would Cry At My Funeral”

Reality TV star and fitness influencer Sbahle Mpisane has once again opened up about the pain behind her picture-perfect life — and this time, she’s speaking her truth with no filters.

The Kwa MaMkhize star sat down for a raw and emotional interview on Power Lunch with Kwena Marara Moabelo, where she revealed the heartbreaking reality of feeling unloved, unseen and forgotten by both her biological and step-family.

“I Don’t Have a Relationship with My Family”

In the candid sit-down, Sbahle admitted that despite her fame and the glamorous image surrounding the Mpisane household, her private life tells a very different story.

“I’ve never had a relationship with my biological family. In fact, I don’t know them — I just know my mother and my siblings, her two kids,” she confessed. “With my dad’s side of the family, I know them, but I don’t have a relationship with them either.”

Her father, S’bu Mpisane, is a Durban-based businessman and ex-husband of millionaire and reality TV personality Shauwn “MaMkhize” Mkhize, who has been a central figure in Sbahle’s life. But according to Sbahle, things aren’t as warm behind closed doors.

When asked about her relationship with the Mkhize-Mpisane clan, Sbahle described herself as an “outsider”, saying that while people think she’s part of the famous family, she actually feels like she doesn’t belong.

Visibly emotional, Sbahle went on to reveal that she’s made peace with the idea that her absence wouldn’t deeply affect anyone — a statement that left fans heartbroken.

“I would be happy to just be ashed [cremated] and not have a funeral, because there is nobody who would cry saying they’ll miss me,” she said tearfully. “I’m alive today — and where are they?”

The fitness bunny admitted that she’s carried this silent pain for years, often masking her loneliness with positivity online. But she says the emotional distance has taken its toll.

“I’ve accepted my reality. It’s one I’ve hidden for so long, but I know the truth now.”
