Watch| Mogoeng Mogoeng Affirms Ambition To Become President Of South Africa Amidst Death Threats

While Mogoeng claims that various political formations have reached out to him, he remains steadfast in his commitment to follow the Almighty God. He stated that he is not driven by hunger for positions, publicity, or fame.

Retired Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng has reaffirmed his unwavering belief that he will become the president of South Africa, despite facing challenges such as mockery, misrepresentation, and even death threats.

Mogoeng expressed his ambition to lead the country multiple times last year, emphasising that he firmly believes God intends to make him the president.

In a recent interview with Newzroom Afrika, Mogoeng spoke about God’s plan for him to become the president of South Africa.

He stated that it is not just a mere calling but a settled matter. According to Mogoeng, the Almighty God has spoken, and no shenanigans can reverse what has been predetermined.

Mogoeng remains undeterred by the obstacles in his path, including death threats. He firmly believes that no amount of mockery or misrepresentation can undo what God has ordained.

He mentioned that even influential individuals who may not necessarily believe in the Lord Jesus recognise the truth of his calling. Mogoeng revealed that there have been attempts to eliminate him, including a plan to take his life before the end of last month. However, by the grace of God, he remains unharmed.

“It’s not an unction, it’s a settled matter. The Almighty God has spoken and it is settled and no shenanigan can reverse what he has predetermined,” Mogoeng said in a wide-ranging interview with Newzroom Afrika.

“No amount of mockery or misrepresentation will undo that the Lord has predetermined and have so many times over. By the way even a good number of influential people who do not necessarily believe in the Lord Jesus know that it is true.

“No wonder there are so many attempts to eliminate me. I won’t elaborate, but it is good enough to say that I am there was a plan to take my life before the end of last month. But, by the grace of God, I’m here,” Mogoeng said.

It is worth noting that Mogoeng’s presidential aspirations may face a hurdle, as the Judicial Code of Conduct prohibits retired judges from participating in party politics. Nevertheless, Mogoeng’s conviction and determination to fulfil what he believes is God’s plan for him as the future president of South Africa remains unwavering.
