A light aircraft crash landing occurred at Durban’s Beachwood Golf Club in Durban North on Thursday afternoon, resulting in injuries to the pilot.

According to Garrith Jamieson of ALS Paramedics, both paramedics and South African Police Services (SAPS), along with Metro Police Search and Rescue, promptly arrived at the scene.

They were guided to the location where the aircraft had crash-landed within the golf estate. It is reported that there were two occupants aboard the plane at the time of the incident.

Injuries and Investigations
Of the two individuals on the aircraft, one suffered minor injuries and was stabilized on-site by medical teams. He was subsequently transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
