But Sophie, ever the optimist, reminded us that storms—like her broken ankle—aren’t always there to break us. Sometimes, they’re gentle nudges to slow down and restructure our lives.

Beloved actress and businesswoman Sophie Ndaba-Lichaba found herself in the hospital on Sunday, 2 June. But this wasn’t just any ordinary hospital visit—Sophie’s journey involved a broken ankle, storms, and a reminder to slow down.

Sophie, known for her roles in popular shows like “Generations” and “Family Secrets,” took to her Instagram to share her experience. With a touch of humour and wisdom, she recounted how she woke up in the hospital, ankle in a cast, and a newfound appreciation for life’s storms.
