Reports have surfaced that acclaimed actor Sello Maake Ka Ncube and his wife, Pearl Mbewe, had a rather unsettling evening at a hotel in the Eastern Cape.
The couple, who had just finished performing in the stage play ‘The Suit’ in Grahamstown, allegedly got into a heated argument that turned violent.

According to a witness, the scene was anything but peaceful. Pearl Mbewe was reportedly ‘screaming and swearing’ at Sello, and the next morning, she appeared with a black eye and broken lips.
Despite the apparent distress, Sello allegedly left Pearl at the hotel and headed to Johannesburg.
The plot thickens as sources claim that Sello feels trapped in his marriage. Pearl Mbewe is not only his wife but also his manager, making the situation even more complicated.
