Retired footballer Doctor ’16V’ Khumalo surprised everyone when he secretly tied the knot with his long-time partner in an intimate traditional ceremony.
The wedding took place at Khumalo’s parents’ home in Spruitview on the East Rand and was attended by close friends and family.

The news of the wedding came to light when a few pictures of the couple surfaced on social media. It seems that the couple wanted to keep their special day private and asked guests not to take any pictures during the ceremony.
Not much is known about Khumalo’s new wife, except that she is a businesswoman and philanthropist. According to a source close to the couple, she is beautiful and smart, and it’s easy to see why Doctor fell in love with her.
This is not Khumalo’s first marriage. He was previously married to Nabian born Blanche Garises, with whom he shares a son.
Unfortunately, their marriage ended in divorce in 2015. In a media interview, Blanche revealed that she felt lonely and miserable in the marriage, and their love had simply died.
Throughout his career, Khumalo has always kept his private life away from the public eye. He is widely regarded as one of the best footballers to have ever played for South Africa, and now he can add “husband” to his list of accomplishments.
