In a daring daylight encounter, the KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) police teams successfully neutralized four suspects involved in a robbery in Harding.
The group had allegedly targeted a businessman shortly after his visit to a local bank. This swift action by various police units ensured that no officers were injured during the confrontation.
The suspects, who had just robbed a businessman, were tracked by a coordinated effort involving the Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation (DPCI) provincial tracking team, the DPCI anti-gang unit, the Pietermaritzburg (PMB) K9 unit, the provincial Tactical Response Team (TRT), and Magma Security and Investigations. The suspects’ vehicle was intercepted, leading to a dramatic turn of events.
