Allegations Raise Serious Concerns

Senior political lecturer at North-West University, Dr. Benjamin Rapanyane, emphasized the severity of the allegations, stating that the claims could raise a conflict of interest.

Dr. Rapanyane said, “To ensure full compliance with governance and ethical standards, the deputy mayor must comply with the law to establish if he benefited from the contract.”

DA Demands Transparency And Accountability

DA Tshwane spokesperson on finance, Jacqui Uys, revealed that her party had submitted questions to Mayor Nasiphi Moya, seeking clarity on critical areas to be probed.
