The livestream will commence at 7 AM ET/4 AM PT/12 PM BST, ensuring that tech enthusiasts worldwide can be a part of this momentous occasion.
In addition to the eagerly awaited foldable phones, Samsung is anticipated to launch the Galaxy Watch 6 and unveil new tablets from the Samsung Tab S9 series.
Notably, the company recently received FDA clearance for the irregular heart rhythm function notification feature on its Galaxy Watch series.
This noteworthy feature, in conjunction with the Galaxy Watch’s Electrocardiogram (ECG) function, enables users to monitor their heart rhythms effectively.
While Samsung is poised to introduce its fifth-generation foldable devices, it is worth mentioning that other manufacturers have also made significant strides in the foldable devices market.
In recent months, Google unveiled its inaugural foldable offering, the Pixel Fold, and Motorola launched the Razr Plus. Earlier this year, Oppo released the Oppo Find N2 Flip, although its availability is limited to regions outside of North America.
According to IDC, a prominent research firm, phone makers are projected to ship 21.4 million units of foldable phones this year, signifying a remarkable 50% increase from the 14.2 million units shipped in 2022.
