Half-Life Alyx is still the definitive VR experience two years after its release. It’s no surprise that many people want more.
It’s up to the modding community to provide new content until Valve announces a sequel (which could take a while).

Fortunately, Levitation, a new single-player mod for Half-Life Alyx, not only expands the story of Valve’s latest but also receives praise for its gameplay.
The free mod adds three to four hours of new story content, as well as new voice acting and animations.
As of the time of writing, Levitation had a perfect five-star rating across 627 reviews, with many praising level designer FMPONE’s work.
Given that Levitation was only announced earlier this year, the positive response is especially noteworthy.
Without giving too much away, the mod sends the player to City 17’s enigmatic Section X to investigate a levitating building where two members of The Resistance have gone missing.
Subscribing to the mod’s Workshop page will allow you to download Levitation.
After installing Part One, Steam will automatically download the remaining four parts as you progress through the mod.
