Another tragic shooting incident has rocked the city of Durban, claiming the lives of two young men on Tuesday night. The incident occurred on Hunter Road in the heart of the Durban CBD, sending shockwaves through the community.
Upon receiving the distressing news, the ALS Paramedics immediately rushed to the scene, only to find that the SAPS had already cordoned off the area. The paramedics were guided to two lifeless bodies lying just a few meters apart.

Both victims, believed to be in their twenties and thirties, had sustained multiple gunshot wounds all over their bodies. The severity of their injuries left the paramedics with no option but to declare them deceased on the scene.
“Unfortunately, due to the injuries, there was nothing more paramedics could do for them, and they were declared deceased on the scene,” Garrith Jamieson from ALS Paramedics said.
He said the events leading up to the shooting are unknown, and police were investigating.
It was a heart-wrenching moment for everyone involved, as the realization of yet another senseless act of violence sank in.
