According to the distraught mother, the incident occurred when the other children were taken for swimming lessons, leaving her daughter behind because she was not yet fully potty-trained.

Despite opening a case, the police have not made an arrest. The mother faced additional challenges when a social worker threatened to take away her child due to her social media posts about the incident.
The child was examined at Mahatma Gandhi Hospital, where evidence of penetration was found.
