A tragic incident has shaken the community as 26-year-old Xoliswa Radebe, a recent graduate from Tshwane University of Technology, was allegedly beaten to death by her boyfriend.
The horrifying discovery was made in her apartment in Pretoria on May 7, 2024. According to Women For Change, an NGO that advocates for women’s rights, Xoliswa’s decomposed body was found after concerned neighbours contacted her family.
The stench emanating from her apartment raised alarm bells, leading to the grim discovery.
CCTV footage reportedly revealed that Xoliswa’s ex-boyfriend was the last person seen with her. The investigation is ongoing, but no arrests have been made yet.
Xoliswa had just graduated a week before this tragic incident. Her bright future, filled with hopes and dreams, was abruptly extinguished. The loss of such a beautiful soul has left the community heartbroken.
