Dr Sanda Lee commonly known as Dr Pimple Popper shares the safest way to pop a pimple without living behind permanent reminders.
It is very common that squeezing or popping up pimples on our faces can be very tempting, but the truth remains, with the lack of knowledge, we always do it wrongly. We pop them in ways that do not necessarily get rid of the problem but creates one instead.
Squeezing the pimple can push bacteria and pus deeper into the skin, which might cause more swelling and redness. Squeezing can also lead to scabs and might leave you with permanent pits or scars.
Popping it the wrong way can also delay your body’s natural healing process, meaning what is meant to be a “quick fix” ends up giving you a blemish that lasts even longer.
