Nomvelo Makhanya, who portrays Lindiwe Ngema on e.tv’s Scandal is the show.
The actress is leaving after nine years of playing someone whose story has evolved over the years from a high school student in Soweto’s Ngema household.
Audiences watched as she navigated a life full of ups and downs that eventually led to her becoming the owner of a club and marrying Nhlamulo.
Safe to say, Nomvelo Makhanya, 26, and Lindiwe Ngema, 26, grew up right in front of our eyes. Lindiwe has matured to the point where she and her on-screen husband, Nhlamulo, recently became pregnant – a dream come true for the lovely couple.
However, the storyline does not appear to have a happy ending, as Lindiwe became ill and discovered she had a chronic illness. Lindiwe will die on the e.tv soapie Scandal! on November 10th.
