Zenande Mfenyana fans were excited to see their favourite on their screens again but that didn’t last long as Durban Gen has taken a festive break.
The actress recently joined the eTV series as Nontsikelo a convicted murderer who is behind bars.
While in jail for murdering her abusive husband, Dr Dhlomo, Nontsikelelo befriended nurse Sne, played by Nombulelo Mhlongo. Not much has been said about her role beyond what we’ve mentioned.
It has now been revealed that the show has gone on Friday, December 16, and will return on January 9.

Durban Gen will be replaced by Men Don’t Cry, according to e.tv’s Thapelo Ramatsui.
The free-to-air television station e.tv confirmed in a press release that they would be adjusting their normal programming for the holiday season.
