Real Housewives Of Durban star, Ayanda Ncwane has become an international favourite. Showmax’s show which South Africans love to talk about is currently being aired in the United States Of America.
RHOD’s first season and its first three episodes were aired on Friday, 11 November 2022. And today they’re being graced with other episodes, well Ayanda is topping Twitter trends as the viewers adore her.

Just a recap of season 1: So Season 1 of RHOD follows a cast of six affluent women in the Durban area, and it’s clear that the cast isn’t made up of a single housewife; all of the ladies are businesswomen portraying real-life success stories.
The show’s cast members include Ayanda Ncwane, Nonkanyiso LaConco Conco, Sorisha Naidoo, Kgomotso Ndungane, Nonku Williams, and Annee Ludick Mthembu.
This strong independent women storyline appears to be the theme of this episode, as it was chosen by the cast/production to be at the forefront of the ladies’ introductions (we’re not complaining).
The ladies are all connected in some way and end up at the dinner table together. Obviously, we cannot sit through an entire dinner party without engaging in some confrontational theatrics.
Many will agree that the episode’s highlight was the revelation that Nonku Williams not only knows Ayanda but also claimed to be the mother of her late husband’s child.
Now, this was later confirmed by Ncwane’s family and the entire season was unbearable for Ayanda who later left the show. But what do you know, Ayanda has stolen the hearts of many American as they took to Twitter to gush over the star.
