Teddy real name Sicelo Buthelezi an actor on Mzansi Magic’s Gomora was recently nominated at the Royal Soapie awards last night. The talented Sicelo is nominated for the Outstanding Newcomer for the Royal Soapie awards.

Sicelo took to social media to share how excited and grateful he was for the nomination that he had been honoured with.

Sicelo is the sweetheart of the show, he doesn’t have it easy though. We have learnt that he failed Grade 9 twice and eventually got pushed to the next grade. Gladys played by Thembi Seete and Melusi played by Zolisa Xaluva have taken him in and have looked after him, since his mother had a problem with alcohol.
Teddy’s mom Zodwa played by veteran actress Sana Mchunu and has been showing us that she really cares about the boy regardless of his condition. Sicelo and Sana who are both nominated but for different awards, always serve fans of Gomora the content that they want to watch.
Sicelo’s fans also congratulated him on his nomination, and they couldn’t be happier about it.

The viewers of Gomora are going to need to vote as much as they can because in Teddy’s catogary Mazet(Played by Siphesihle Ndaba) is also nominated for outstanding newcomer.
