Former The River actress Lunathi Mampofu has bagged herself a new role on season two of 1 Magic’s Unmarried. The actress recently gave us thrills and spills on her previous role where she played a villian role of Emma on The River, we can’t wait to see what she’s got in store for us on her next role.

Unmarried is a series about three young female friends living in Johannesburg as they deal with the pressures of juggling marriage, motherhood, relationships, and their careers. The drama revolves around three different women who represent a diverse cross-section of South African life.
Entertainment commentator and Television host, Kgopolo Mphela has recently announced the casting news of Lunathi Mampofu on Unmarried.
“A second season of the Unmarried series is in production with Lunathi as one of the new cast additions,”he wrote.

The actress made her big break when she played the starring role of Zikhona on SABC 1’s drama series Ingozi. She has later on bagged the role of a tomboy,Benni on Mzansi Magic’s The Queen a few years ago. Apart from being multi talented, she is also a big sister to Oros and Prince Mampofu who are also very well known in the industry.
