In a recent post, Ngema reminded her followers about the importance of checking their breasts regularly for early detection, which can save lives.

However, not everyone was pleased with Ngema’s approach. Some of her followers expressed their surprise and disapproval of the topless photos. They felt that the pictures distracted from the message she was trying to convey.
