Yibanathi which is the name of the song was released on the 9th of July a day earlier than fans expected and one can tell the song is going to be a national anthem.
Dumi Mkokstad took to Instagram on Monday, to share a short clip of himself and Vusi Nova performing their latest single, Yibanathi, at an undisclosed location.

Although the official music video hasn’t been released yet, its cover image shows the pair in a similar environment as the Instagram clip. The two musicians are dressed in all black, suggesting that the promotional video and cover image were taken on the same day of the recording.
Both Dumi and Vusi are passionately singing their hearts out in the video.
The gospel song brings together Vusi Nova’s soulful sound with Dumi Mkokstad’s signature gospel vocals, which is a song both soulful and gospel fans will definitely enjoy.
