The grand finale of the SAMA’s last night saw Blaq Diamond scoop the biggest award of the night which is the Record of the Year award for their hit song Ibhanoyi. Blaq Diamond had us all flying high with Ibhanoyi throughout the year and their unique sound has always kept us wanting more.

Blaq Diamond is made up of two members namely Ndumiso Mdletshe and Sphelele Dunywa who are signed under Ambitious Entertainment. The duo has been giving us authentic South African Afro-Pop and to date, they have released two albums Inqola and Umuthi.

Their hit single Ibhanoyi is taken from the pair’s latest album Umuthi which has been doing very well and consists of a popular hit titled Love letter which has done exceptionally well.
