Award-winning DJ and Producer Prince Kaybee, real name Kabelo Motsamai recently bagged the Male of the year award for the second time at the SAMA awards Tuesday night. The award was for his album Re Mmino, he won the same award in 2018.

The Fetch Your Life hitmaker is proving just how much of a hard worker he is and that dedicating yourself to what you love you automatically manifest great results. Though the musician is forever dragged or beefing with people on social media, he recently beefed with DJ Maphorisa and NaakMusiq, but negativity doesn’t stop him from giving us club bangers consistently. And we do know that he is the one that triggers most twars.

In 2019 he won an international award for Best collaboration in Nigeria, for his song Gugulethu which features Indlovukazi, Supta and the Afro Brothers. He also made a shocking announcement that he plans to retire at the age of 40, many of his fans had mixed emotions about his announcement hence he’s 31 this year. We certainly hope that he has changed his mind given the excellent work that he is doing.

His album Re Mnino consists of hits such as Fetch your life, Gugulethu, Banomoya and Club controller, he worked with incredibly talented people on the album. We are also glad that he also managed to talk things out with TNS after they had beef between them. Once again we say congratulations Prince keep giving us more club bangers.
Upon winning the award tweeps congratulated him and recently he said should he win Song of the year he would hand it over the Jerusalema hitmaker Master KG and Nomcebo.
