Well, something good came her way this weekend. Kelly took home the prestigious Afro Pop Artist of the Year title at the 2023 Basadi In Music Awards.
The glamorous event took place at Johannesburg’s Joburg Theatre, where the red carpet was put out to honour women in the music industry.
The Basadi In Music Awards, now in their second year, sought to recognise and celebrate the contributions of women in various musical genres.
