Musa Motha, Britain’s Got Talent finalist and renowned amputee dancer, received a grand surprise upon his return to South Africa.
The 27-year-old sensation, who captivated audiences with his remarkable performances on the international talent show, was presented with a cutting-edge 2023 Audi A3 Sportback, fulfilling one of his long-held dreams.
Cheeky Media Group, in collaboration with Audi Centre Sandton, orchestrated the heartwarming surprise for Musa.
After expressing his desire to be driven around in the same car he experienced in London, Musa’s wish became a reality.
On Thursday, he was gifted a brand-new, state-of-the-art red 2023 Audi A3 Sportback 35 TFSI.
Musa’s journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. Making history as the first-ever recipient of a group golden buzzer on Britain’s Got Talent, Musa proudly represented South Africa on the global stage.
Although he did not secure the competition’s top title, Musa’s awe-inspiring story has touched the hearts of people both locally and abroad.
Recognizing the significance of Musa’s accomplishments, the CEO of Cheeky Media Group and Executive Producer of The Morning Show, Yusuf Stevens, visited Musa in London to document his story.
During their encounter, Musa shared his aspirations with Yusuf, one of which was to drive the latest Audi A3 Sportback upon returning home to celebrate his milestone.
Yusuf, alongside Audi Centre Sandton, made Musa’s dream come true. The emotional unveiling of the Audi A3 left Musa speechless, barely containing his tears of joy.
Grateful and overwhelmed, he expressed his gratitude, stating, “I feel so blessed, excited, and the moment feels like a dream that I don’t want to wake up from. I have no words. Thank you.”
Alex Nietz, representing Audi, highlighted the brand’s decision to surprise Musa with his dream car, recognizing his extraordinary talent and unwavering determination despite facing challenges.
“We believe in bringing progress to life and that’s why we chose to surprise Musa with his dream car, especially because despite being differently abled and all odds against him, this young man keeps pushing with determination and moving forward towards his dreams,” – Alex said.
Musa, hailing from Sebokeng Zone 14 in the Vaal, not only showcases his mesmerizing dance moves but he’s also a motivational speaker and entrepreneur.
Musa’s journey hasn’t been without hurdles. Diagnosed with cancer at the age of 11, he underwent the amputation of his left leg.
Undeterred, Musa utilizes crutches to navigate and perfect his dance routines, serving as an inspiration to countless individuals.
Musa’s incredible journey in the dance world and his ability to inspire others with his determination are further celebrated through the gift of the Audi A3 Sportback.
The car represents acknowledgment and encouragement for Musa’s achievements. His story of overcoming challenges and achieving success will surely be passed down through the generations, touching the hearts of all who are inspired by his extraordinary path.
