Sithelo Shozi, a popular DJ with over 1 million followers on Instagram, has found herself in hot water after making allegations against an online furniture store. The store, Nisa WLLCKX Interiors, has demanded an apology from Shozi or else they will pursue legal action.
The controversy began when Shozi ordered a marble table from the store in August. She was informed that the table would take six to eight weeks to be made. However, when the table did not arrive on time, Shozi requested a refund and took to her Instagram page to express her frustration.

In her Instagram post, Shozi labelled the furniture store as fraudulent and warned her followers against ordering from them. She even shared a screenshot of a conversation with the store owner, where she was asked to remove the post.
On Tuesday, Shozi received a cease-and-desist letter from the store, demanding that she remove the post and issue an apology. The letter stated, ‘We are instructed by our client, as we hereby do, demand that you remove the post and henceforth refrain, cease and desist from publishing defamatory statements about our business.’
Despite the legal warning, Shozi has remained steadfast in her claims against the store. She maintains that the brand is fraudulent and refuses to apologize.
