Zoe first broke the exciting news on March 17, and now, she’s finally giving us a peek into her new life as a twin mom. Taking to Instagram Stories, the media personality shared a few heartwarming moments, letting her followers in on the first days of motherhood.

“Thank you for all the well-wishes! We’re all healthy and finding our feet. I’m currently cuddling Baby B – who weighed just 2.3kg at birth. I’m incredibly grateful I managed a natural delivery, with just 27 minutes between Baby A and B,” she wrote.

She also gushed over how special these first few days have been for her little family, adding: “I love that we don’t have to share them right now. We’re just doing little trade-offs between cuddles.”
