Wandi Ndlovu Released On Bail After Fatal Stabbing Of Uncle Sparks Family Feud

Reality TV star and social media influencer Wandi Ndlovu, 26, has been released on bail along with her mother and sister, Ntombifuthi, after spending two weeks in police custody.

The trio was arrested in connection with the fatal stabbing of Wandi’s uncle, Linda Ndlovu, during a heated family dispute at their home in Katlehong.

According to sources close to the family, the confrontation erupted late on a Friday night and continued into the early hours of Saturday. It allegedly began when Wandi’s mother confronted her brother, Linda, about playing loud music in his backroom.

The situation quickly escalated into a physical altercation, during which she was reportedly injured. Wandi, Ntombifuthi, and a younger sibling—believed to be a minor—then approached the uncle. During the ensuing clash, one of them allegedly stabbed him.

Linda Ndlovu was later found lying outside and succumbed to his injuries before emergency responders arrived.

Attorney Speaks Out as Wandi Ndlovu Thanks God

The family is being represented by attorney Dumisani Mabunda, who gained public attention through his involvement in the high-profile “Dr” Matthew Lani case.

Speaking outside the courthouse on August 5, Mabunda expressed relief over the trio’s release, although police have yet to issue an official statement. The date for their next court appearance has not been confirmed.

Following her release, Wandi took to social media, posting: “God is good,”
and hinted she would eventually share her side of the story.

A voice note, allegedly recorded by Wandi Ndlovu’s aunt and now circulating on social media, offers chilling new claims about the incident. The aunt alleges the uncle was stabbed three times and then left outside overnight.

“He wasn’t killed by the wounds, but because he was out in the cold,” she said in the voice note.

Tensions Rise in Katlehong as Community Demands Accountability

Tensions are mounting in Katlehong, with community members threatening action should the Ndlovu family return to the home where the incident occurred.

The residence, reportedly built by Wandi after returning from Nigeria, has now become the center of a growing community backlash.

Linda Ndlovu is believed to have been the family’s primary breadwinner, and his death has left many in the community shaken.
