Her first big step? Flying to Turkey for a gastric sleeve surgery (aka sleeve gastrectomy). The procedure removes most of the stomach, leaving a narrow sleeve to limit calories and reduce hunger. Vuyokazi explained she did it to reclaim her confidence as a woman and stay healthy for her kids.

And honestly? Sis came back snatched — body on 10, spirit renewed, living her best soft life.

Round Two

But just when Mzansi thought she was done, Vuyo is already back at it. This time, she checked herself into Mono Clinic in Izmir, Turkey, teasing another “transformation.”

She even dropped a cryptic caption that had tongues wagging: “The transformation that began in Istanbul now continues in Izmir✈️ @monocosmeticsurgery 🤭😁. A journey of growth, strength and new beginnings✨.”

Vuyokazi Was Beautiful Before, But Is It Too Much Now?

Fans are torn. On one hand, we love a queen who invests in herself and bounces back harder after heartbreak. On the other, whispers are growing that Vuyokazi might be overworking her body. Some followers feel she was already stunning with her natural figure — and that the constant surgeries could be more about chasing validation than health.

The big question here is: at what point does “glow-up” turn into “doing too much”?
