Vatiswa Ndara Cries Blacklist: “Industry Doesn’t Want Me” – Mzansi Says She Talks Too Much

Veteran actress Vatiswa Ndara is back in the headlines, claiming she’s been blacklisted by the South African film and TV industry. Sis spills it all in her upcoming book Unfiltered 2, where she says being outspoken has cost her jobs, money, and peace.
But Mzansi? Yoh shame, the streets are divided. Some say she’s exposing real demons in the industry. Others? They say she must just admit she’s “difficult to work with” and move on.

Vatiswa Ndara’s Side
In the book, Ndara writes: “One can confidently say that I have been blacklisted… The signs are there, but how do you prove it?”
She says after calling out toxic bosses, sexual harassment, and unfair practices, she suddenly stopped getting roles. She even claims Mzansi Magic denied her a role after a producer wanted her. But when she confronted the channel, they denied blacklisting her.
Vatiswa’s response? Heavy sarcasm: “They said they didn’t blacklist me and had no issues with me. That would explain why they don’t encourage people to hire me — because they have no issues with me.”

Mzansi Reacts
Online, the reactions are sharp:
@Nale_Mnq: “Every year, Vatiswa is fighting someone. Maybe the problem is Vatiswa.”
@ZuluBoySA: “Blacklist or not, that woman can act! Stop playing with her.”
@StheMami: “This industry protects predators. Don’t gaslight her.”
@Kabelo_R: “When you burn every bridge, don’t cry when you’re stranded.”
It does look like Vatiswa Ndara refuses to be silent. She’s taken bullets, battled depression, and dragged some of SA’s most powerful media bosses.
Now with Unfiltered 2 dropping in October, we’ll see if she’s exposing the real blacklist — or if Mzansi will keep dragging her for “making noise.”
Do you think Vatiswa is really blacklisted, or is she just paying the price of being “too outspoken”?
