UK Dentist Dies After Fall In Ramsgate, KZN

A visiting dentist from the United Kingdom has died after falling through a three-story window in the coastal town of Ramsgate on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast.

KwaZulu Private Ambulance Service spokesperson Chris Botha said emergency teams were dispatched just after midnight following reports of the incident.

“Upon arrival, paramedics discovered that the patient had sustained critical injuries from the fall. Advanced Life Support interventions were immediately initiated at the scene,” Botha confirmed.

Despite efforts to stabilise him, the man’s condition deteriorated during transport to hospital. Paramedics initiated resuscitation, but he was later declared dead at the hospital.

KwaZulu Private Ambulance Service extended condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of the deceased.
