Two Women Arrested In Bloemfontein For Drug Dealing After Crystal Meth Bust

Two women, aged 28 and 19, were arrested on Saturday evening, 30 August 2025, after police discovered crystal meth and cash at a residence in Chris Hani, Kopanong, Bloemfontein.

At about 18:40, members of the Provincial Anti-Gang Unit received a tip-off about a house allegedly being used for drug dealing. Officers swiftly responded and found the two women inside the property.

Crystal Meth and Cash Seized

When police entered, one of the suspects attempted to move towards the living room. An officer followed and uncovered 55 ziplock bags of crystal meth placed on a table, along with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The drugs and money were immediately confiscated as evidence.

Both women were arrested on charges of dealing in drugs and are expected to appear in court soon. Police confirmed investigations are ongoing.
