“Two Left Feet And No Decks?” Thuli P’s Tobetsa Dance Video Divides Mzansi Hard

One thing about Thuli P… she’s going to trend — whether she wants to or not. Another dance video of the DJ has hit the timelines, and once again, Mzansi has opinions.
This time, Thuli jumped on the viral Tobetsa Dance Challenge, but instead of applause, the clip reopened old debates about her dancing and her DJ skills.
And yes — some folks are saying Cyan Boujee might’ve been onto something when she previously dragged Thuli for having two left feet.

The clip was shared by X user @RealSihleIV, who seemed impressed, captioning it: “The Tobetsa challenge, I love it.”
And fair enough — some people found the video cute, fun, and harmless. Others? Not so much.
While Thuli danced behind the decks, critics quickly questioned whether she was actually DJing or just vibing to a pre-recorded mix.

That’s when the shade really started flying.
@ndondz commented: “We see her. But the amount of sound used these days for DJ monitoring is insane. Enough to cover 100 people + only for monitors.”
@itsjayarii wasn’t impressed at all: “Nah, it’s not all that.”
Then came the accusation many female DJs know all too well.
@louiehndrx said: “I’m convinced most of these female DJs have a pre-recorded mix on a USB and then they lip sync the deck by pressing/moving random knobs to make it seem like they’re doing something. This is true! It’s just that I can’t prove it.”

Others felt Thuli still has something to prove musically.
@PreciousTahita added: “Until I hear her properly mixing Neo’s Love Song on a Mambotjie beat! Then she is just another female DJ.”
Some users even questioned why the same song keeps popping up.
@Doskie14 asked: “Did they all play this song?”
And @bodva_6 dragged the whole genre: “Lol, I ain’t seen these mamies work the decks… it’s always clips of them dancing and shii.”
But Not Everyone Was Mad…
Of course, not all feedback was negative.
@Corporategirl6 kept it simple: “Thuli P is gorgeous, man.”
