Tragic Limpopo House Fire Claims Lives Of 3 Young Children

Three young children, aged between two and four, have tragically died after a fire engulfed a one-roomed house in Itsani village, Limpopo. Firefighters discovered the children burned beyond recognition after bringing the blaze under control.

Police spokesperson Colonel Malesela Ledwaba confirmed that the cause of the fire remains unknown. “Details will be released following further investigations,” he said. Authorities are calling on experts to assist in determining how the fire started and whether negligence played a role.
Police Explore Possibility of Negligence Charges
The children were last seen playing near the house shortly before it caught fire. Ledwaba added, “It is not clear how the children ended up inside the house.
“Experts will be summoned to assist with investigations. Police should investigate the possibility of charging the parents or guardians of these kids with negligence or failure to take care of minors.”
