The former will be released first, on February 16th for Android, iOS, PC, and Nintendo Switch. Dust & Neon, like previous Netflix releases, is free to download and play on mobile if you have a Netflix subscription.
The same will be true when Highwater arrives at a later date. Furthermore, neither game will include advertisements or in-app microtransactions.
Dust & Neon is described as a rogue-lite twin-stick shooter by Rogue Games. The game appears to be a cross between Steamworld Dig and West of Dead in terms of style.
One unique aspect of the game is that you must manually reload your firearms. According to Rogue Games, each weapon has its own reload animation, and there are nearly 2,000 guns to find in the game.
