We are gradually moving into 5G smartphone era as most technology companies keep unveiling flagships with 5G ability. Samsung has built its Galaxy S10 5G. Huawei has its gorgeous Mate X 5G. Today at the MWC LG’s shows off its 5G flagship; the V50 ThinQ.

A few key leaks made sure the V50’s existence wasn’t a surprise to anyone, and the broad strokes are pretty much close to what you’ll like to grab. There’s one of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 855 chipsets tucked away inside along with the requisite X50 5G modem, with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Cool device right?.

Good news for you, you’ll be able to download movies really fast with the V50 ThinQ, the LG latest V50 ThinQ also takes microSD cards as large as 2TB. The smartphone is coming to Sprint first, but we know LG have a very strong relationship with US, that means it most likely won’t stay for too long before hitting US shops.

The most surprising aspect of the LG’s V50 ThinQ is how familiar it looks; as if we’ve had it before now. The few other 5G phones we’ve seen from other companies are quite bigger,  the 5G S10 is just about the size of a Note 9, and the Mate X too, plus it’s pretty big when it’s totally unfolded. The LG’s V50 ThinQ feels just a little more manageable to use with one hand unlike other ones that appears bigger.
