Bloomberg is saying that Frank Casanova who was the former executive in-charge of marketing iPhone for carriers has been all promoted to Senior Director, Worldwide Product Marketing at Apple Augmented Reality.

As Google is still struggling with using AR to improve the use of google Maps, Apple is going ahead with plans to invent technology that will impact its new inventions on iPads and iPhones.

Considering the huge gain coming from iPads, iPhones and Apple Watches to users, it could be most necessary for the giant tech company to actually plan on improving the features in their products and doing so will most likely encourages users to go for more.

Apple has in a couple of years ago informed the public of it plans of AR as something that is made for use in a shared world with most people operating virtual objects as easy as the very real ones through ARKit-powered experiences.

LG said its next flagship phones will come with a front-facing Time Flight that will enhance AR. Meanwhile, a yet to be verified news from Bloomberg is saying that a similar laser-assisted approach may come to iPhone’s rear-facing cameras by year 2020.
