Word is, the talented actress said “I do” to her longtime bae, a Venda businessman named Rhendani, in front of close family and friends. Guests were reportedly banned from taking videos, but the few snaps that did make it out show Samukele absolutely glowing in her bridal gown.
The actress — who’s always been super private about her personal life — first teased her fans with lobola pics back in 2022, but she’s kept her man off social media ever since. Now it seems she’s officially a Mrs, and we can’t even be mad at her for keeping it lowkey!

A close friend spilled the tea: “Samukele was caught off guard and almost lost for words when her friends threw her a surprise bridal shower at a Durban beach resort earlier this month. She was emotional, crying tears of joy, and said she couldn’t wait to walk down the aisle.”
The beachside bridal shower was co-hosted by Muvhango’s Gugu Mzobe and one of Samkele’s close friends from KwaMashu. Sam Hlophe (eHostela, Homecoming) also pulled through to celebrate the soon-to-be bride.
