Former minister of police Bheki Cele reflected on the unimaginable future awaiting a two-year-old child who lost both parents in a tragic incident in KwaZulu-Natal this week.

Cele condemned the spread of the graphic video online, urging South Africans to exercise compassion. “It is a very tough story, but what is even worse is what happened to social media sharing those images and details,” he said.
