Sbahle Mpisane’s Dress That Broke Mzansi

Known for turning high-intensity workouts into Instagram gold, 32-year-old Sbahle Mpisane shocked fans when she appeared in a loose-fitting dress while exercising. The video, first shared on 7 January 2026, quickly sparked debates across X (Twitter), Instagram, and TikTok.

Sbahle explained that she’s on a new personal journey, having intentionally gained 15kg and planning to shed it over three months. But instead of celebrating her weight-loss challenge, the focus immediately shifted to her outfit choice — and Mzansi was not ready.
