Reality TV star Sbahle Mpisane has come online to admit that getting a six-pack is seriously hard work and takes a lot of dedication, patience and discipline. This is why she has taken a total turnaround and has embraced the new craze of joining the fat freezing trend for the well desired flat tummy.
Sbahle is one of the sexiest South African celebrities but when she got involved in a car accident, she had a difficult time returning to the gym while she recuperates and when she finally did return to the gym, she admitted the process was slow and took a toll on her both physically and mentally.
Stating that training wasn’t giving her the desired results in the time she wished, Sbahle told her followers on Instagram that she had opted to try and freeze the fat to fast-track her progress.
“If you are looking for a non-invasive treatment to firm up your stomach, a fat freezing belly treatment could be the perfect solution,” she said
“I train hard and I am still failing to get a V-shape but this procedure will help me to contour my belly as desired. I did a fat freeze on my lower core to remodel the shape of my tummy by removing and improving stubborn bulges and pockets of resistant fat.
The self-acclaimed fitness bunny said the process involved having her core vacuumed and she didn’t feel any pain during the procedure.
More and more people have taken in the idea of Fat freezing which has become a popular treatment in recent years for those struggling with body fat.
Several reports have been made about the popular treatment and explained that fat cells are frozen to reduce them, and it is a non-surgical alternative to liposuction.
It originated after research was done into frostbite, and it was noted fat cells would freeze before skin freezes. It should always be done by a professional.
