Finally Official! Springbok Star Sacha Confirms Romance With Sarah Langa After Months Of Denials

After months of shutting down speculation, Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu has finally made it official — he is dating influencer and entrepreneur Sarah Langa.

The confirmation comes more than a year after the Springbok playmaker dismissed claims of a romance. Now, following a sun-soaked getaway in Bali and a public birthday tribute, the couple appear ready to embrace their relationship in the spotlight.

Bali Birthday Post Confirms Sacha and Sarah Langa Romance

The rugby star took to Instagram Stories to celebrate Sarah’s 33rd birthday, sharing a loved-up beach selfie taken during their recent trip to Bali.

The post all but confirmed what fans had long suspected. In the photo, the pair pose closely against a tropical backdrop, looking relaxed and smitten.

Their relationship has drawn attention not only because of their high-profile careers, but also due to their nine-year age gap. Sacha recently turned 24, just days before Sarah marked her milestone birthday.

Back in January 2025, Sacha firmly denied rumours linking him to the fashion influencer after she hinted at a romantic connection in posts that quickly went viral.

Speaking at the time, he stated: “I am 100% not in a relationship with Sarah [Langa]. We met for the first time through my brother 8 days ago”.

He was referring to his older brother, Nathan Mngomezulu, a model and influencer who appeared on Too Hot To Handle. Nathan and Sarah were seen socialising together at several Cape Town venues during the 2024 festive season, including a yacht outing with friends — among them, Sacha.

Shortly afterwards, Sarah posted a picture wearing a bracelet bearing the name “Sacha”, further fuelling speculation.

Despite his earlier denial, Sarah later became a familiar face at Springbok and Stormers fixtures, regularly supporting Sacha from the stands. The pair were also seen embracing after matches, adding weight to mounting rumours.

Earlier this month, Sacha unintentionally reignited chatter when he referred to Sarah as “my missus” during a media briefing.

The comment came as he celebrated being unveiled as Garnier’s first-ever male ambassador in Sub-Saharan Africa. When asked about Valentine’s Day gift ideas, the visibly shy rugby star smiled and said: “My missus is in the building”.

“Don’t be afraid to get out of your comfort zone. Date someone you wouldn’t normally have dated. Definitely someone from a different background.

“Sometimes we think we are in love, but we are actually comfortable because it’s familiar and it feels safe”.

With the couple now stepping out more openly, it seems the rumours that once sparked denials have turned into a confirmed love story — and fans are watching closely.
