Rick Ross & Pick n Pay—A Match Made in Cape Town?

A few weeks ago, Rick Ross was out in SA, living his best life in Cape Town and chilling with some of our local stars, including Big Brother Mzansi’s Yolanda.

Now, it turns out he also secured the bag while he was here, bagging a deal with Pick n Pay for their new Smart Shopper campaign.

In the ad, the Miami rapper is seen hyping up the Smart Shopper deals, and of course, Mzansi has some thoughts—because does the Boss even own a Smart Shopper card?

Mzansi Reacts: “Who Approved This?”

While some fans think this is a legendary marketing move, others are side-eyeing Pick n Pay—especially since some stores have been closing down due to financial struggles. The streets are asking: “Y’all got money for Rick Ross, but not for employees?”

Rick Ross is Coming Back to SA!

If you missed him last time, the Boss will be back in Mzansi on May 3rd for the Durban Music Fest at Hollywoodbets Kings Park Stadium. He’s set to perform alongside DJ Sox, DJ Tira, Dlala Thukzin, Blxckie, Mawhoo, and more!
