President In The Making! Sakhumuzi Zuma Tells His Mom LaConco That He And His Dad Are Presidents

Sakhumuzi Zuma, the son of media personality Nonkanyiso “Laconco” Conco and former president Jacob Zuma, recently celebrated his sixth birthday.
What makes this birthday even more special is that he shares it with his 82-year-old father. The adorable little boy seems to have inherited his father’s knack for politics, as he confidently refers to himself and his dad as presidents.
In a voice note shared by his mother on Instagram, we can hear Sakhumuzi proudly proclaiming that he is a president. When Laconco tells him that if it’s his birthday, then it’s also his father’s birthday, Sakhumuzi cleverly responds, “It’s the president’s [birthday].”
Amused by her son’s response, Laconco asks him what it means if it’s his birthday, to which Sakhumuzi confidently declares, “It means only presidents. Who’s the president?” His answer? “Me and my dad.”

When Laconco asks him who told him that, Sakhumuzi innocently replies that his father told him so. It seems like Sakhumuzi is already envisioning a future in politics.
To celebrate his special day, Sakhumuzi planned his own sixth birthday lunch, complete with a Spiderman theme.
From choosing the theme and the cake to selecting the guests and even deciding on the seating arrangement and menu, Sakhumuzi took charge of every detail. His mother, Laconco, couldn’t be prouder of his independence and creativity.
Laconco shared images of the Spiderman-themed birthday party on Instagram, expressing her gratitude to Sakhumuzi’s older siblings and his father for making the day extra special. She wrote, “Sakha has planned his 6th birthday lunch.
From the theme, how he wants his cake, his guests, the seating arrangement, and what they will eat.” She also added a heartfelt thank you to his older sisters and his father, saying, “Ngiyabonga (thank you) bo Zuma.”
It’s heartwarming to see a young boy taking charge of his own birthday celebration and embracing his family’s political legacy.
Who knows, maybe one day we’ll see Sakhumuzi Zuma following in his father’s footsteps and becoming a president himself. For now, let’s wish him a happy sixth birthday and hope that all his dreams come true!
