Ntombee Ngcobo-Mzolo Gets Emotional Over Daughter’s Birthday: “You Were My Rock”

Ntombee Ngcobo-Mzolo is in her gratitude era, and this time, it’s all about celebrating her eldest daughter, Nomvelo Mzolo. The singer and media personality took to Instagram with a heartfelt tribute, showering love and appreciation on her firstborn.

“You Bring Out the Best in Me”

In a touching birthday post, Ntombee called Nomvelo her greatest blessing and thanked God for bringing her into her life.

“Your life is a testament to love, hope, and resilience. You bring out the best in me, and I’m forever changed because of you,” she wrote.

But beyond just being a daughter, Nomvelo has been her mother’s pillar of strength.

A Rock Through Life’s Hardest Battles

If you know Ntombee’s journey, you know she’s been through unimaginable pain. In 2015, she lost her infant son, Dumisani Sizwe Jnr Asande, due to a rare heart condition. Then in 2021, tragedy struck again when her three-year-old daughter, Linile Vunani Mzolo, passed away in a car accident.

Despite these devastating losses, Ntombee has remained steadfast in her faith—and she credits Nomvelo for giving her the strength to keep going.

“I’ve never said this enough, but you were my rock during the toughest seasons of my life. Your presence gave me the strength to keep going, and for that, I’m eternally grateful,” she shared.

A New Chapter with Baby Libalele

Now, with the arrival of her newborn son, Libalele, Ntombee is stepping into a new season of joy and healing. She recently shared a sweet post about him, calling him “the best view on earth.”
