Nozipho Ntshangase Shares Recovery Update After Cosmetic Surgery

Reality TV star and entrepreneur Nozipho Ntshangase is glowing with confidence as she shares an inspiring update on her cosmetic surgery recovery.

A month ago, the mom-of-five underwent an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) as part of a mommy makeover, a decision she says was about reclaiming her body and confidence after years of sacrifice.

Following her split from Zola Ntshangase and the emotional healing that came after, Nozipho decided it was time to pour love into herself. After carrying four pregnancies that blessed her with five children, she admitted her body had gone through major changes—changes she was now ready to transform.

Nozipho Ntshangase: A Positive Recovery Six Weeks Post-Surgery

The star, who had the procedure done by Prof. C. Sofianos, proudly shared that her healing is going better than expected. Despite the intensity of the surgery, she’s already back on her feet and reclaiming her routine.

“I’m 6 weeks post-surgery. I had an abdominoplasty done by the phenomenal Prof C Sofianos and results are good.

I’m cleared to do light exercises

I’m driving now

Though still swollen, I’m pretty much back to my regular activities.

I’ve not taken pain meds in over 2 weeks. I’m still recovering though. I’m happy 😀”

Fans have spotted Nozipho out and about, doing interviews and hosting events. Her quick bounce-back has left many inspired, especially as she embraces the balance between healing and continuing with her career.
