His arrest comes after Nota was found guilty of ignoring a court order to quit spreading serious allegations about K.O. and his brother regarding the tragic death of rapper Kiernan ‘AKA’ Forbes.

Why Was He Arrested?

The music executive is no stranger to stirring the pot with his social media antics, but this time, he might’ve gone too far. The drama unfolded when K.O. obtained a court interdict against Nota after a string of social media posts that accused him and Siya Mdluli of being involved in the brutal murder of AKA. Can you imagine?

Despite a clear court order issued back in March 2023, which told him to knock it off, Nota ignored it and kept on making noise online. It’s shocking that he didn’t show up to the police for this sooner!

So on Thursday morning as he was attending his rape case at the Randburg magistrate’s court, he found the man in blue waiting for him. That’s how he was handcuffed and placed at the back of a police van, like a criminal! But here we are, as they say, when it rains, it pours.
