“67 And Still Serving Looks!” – Nonku Williams Throws Lavish Birthday Bash For Mom Queen

Nonku Williams pulled out all the stops to celebrate her beloved mother’s 67th birthday — and in true Real Housewives of Durban fashion, it was nothing short of fabulous. Known to RHOD fans as “Mom Queen”, Nonku’s mother was the centre of attention at a lavish gathering that had social media talking.

“What a glorious day it was as we celebrated our Mom Queen’s birthday,” Nonku wrote in a sweet Instagram caption, standing proudly beside her mom, who looked regal AF.

And sis didn’t just throw a garden tea. No ma’am — the whole affair went down at the luxury venue @brahmanhills, which Nonku proudly plugged: “A huge thank you to @brahmanhills for their amazing hospitality and for opening their beautiful venue to us 🥹. I can’t wait to share more videos 😍😍.”

From Petty Drama to Family Glory

While she’s known for bringing spice and wine-fuelled drama to the RHOD table, Nonku showed a softer, more grateful side at her mom’s birthday celebration. She thanked guests who came through, writing: “Grateful for the love and support. Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us.”

And while the bash was about Mom Queen, let’s not act like Nonku didn’t shine too — because she absolutely served in a sleek outfit that made sure no one forgot who the real diva was. Who says you can’t share the spotlight at your mom’s party?

Nonku Williams Reflects on Her RHOD Glow-Up

Outside the glam, Nonku got real about how far she’s come since stepping into the reality TV limelight. Speaking to Kaya 959 earlier this year, she opened up about how Real Housewives of Durban helped her evolve — even if it meant facing some uncomfortable truths.

“It feels so great having that honour. I have grown so much over the years,” she said.
“If you look at the first season of The Real Housewives of Durban and the fourth season, which is currently airing, you will see the growth.”

Nonku admits that being on the show wasn’t just about clinking glasses and dropping one-liners:
“It (RHOD) has helped me look at myself honestly and shown me the things that I had to work on and improve about myself to become a better person.”

Growth, glam, and gratitude? Nonku said character development, and we love to see it!
