What she’s shared publicly goes far beyond just pointing a finger at one actor. Screenshots of emails allegedly sent by her management to Bomb Productions producer Desiree Markgraff paint a picture of a woman who initially tried to handle this quietly and professionally.

She says all she asked for was an apology letter from Khoza — a single written acknowledgement. She claims she never received one. That silence, it seems, is what eventually pushed her to go public.

A Real Knife, A Missing Shot, And A Production That Allegedly Knew

Here’s where things get even more troubling, and frankly, the questions Nirvana is raising deserve serious answers. She has alleged that a real knife was used during filming — not a prop — and she’s pointedly asking whether reckless, dangerous conduct would simply be excused as an actor being committed to the role.

Beyond that, she claims a specific close-up shot from the scene was quietly removed from the final edit, and she’s arguing that deletion speaks volumes about what production knew and when they knew it.

Nirvana further alleges that directors and executives on set told her directly after the incident that Khoza’s behaviour was both “unacceptable” and “unprofessional”, and promised her the matter would be dealt with internally.

She says those promises amounted to nothing. The fallout has been devastating on a personal level — Nirvana has announced she is leaving traditional acting entirely, telling the public they will not be seeing her on conventional media again.
