Charges against them include two counts of premeditated murder, one count of attempted murder, possession of a firearm and ammunition, and contravention of the Immigration Act. The case has been postponed to the next Friday, August 30.

On Saturday at the Onverwaght Farm in Sebayeng outside Polokwane, 45-year-old Maria Makgato and 35-year-old Zimbabwean national Locadia Ndlovhu were tragically shot and killed.
Their decomposing bodies were discovered on the following Tuesday, revealing a horrifying detail: the perpetrators not only shot the women but also fed their remains to the pigs.
Additionally, 47-year-old Mabutho Ncube, who was with the victims, was shot and wounded. Preliminary reports suggest that the victims were trying to collect leftovers from the farm’s dumping site when the accused shot them.
Mamedupi Teffo, the Executive Mayor of Capricorn District Municipality, attended the court proceedings and expressed deep concern.
‘What is disturbing about this incident is that not only did the perpetrators shoot them, but they have also fed them to the pigs after they killed them.
‘We are going to come here on 30 August when the three accused are appearing so that we show our dissatisfaction and so that they do not also get bail,’ said Teffo.
